How the fees work
No setup fee. The 30-day Team trial needs no credit card and never charges automatically. Paid service is billed monthly only after a plan is selected.
Separate seat pools. Field technicians count toward the plan’s technician limit. Up to 10 owners, dispatchers and office users are included separately and do not reduce field capacity. Their access is controlled by assigned role.
Cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract built into these monthly plans.
External provider charges are separate. CenterDispatch is the software platform. Payment processing, accounting, e-signature, phone/SMS carrier usage, compliance charges, and other third-party services are not included in the software subscription.
Payroll hours: download standard CSV files for spreadsheets, or choose Other payroll to customize columns and employee IDs. Confirm the required layout with your payroll provider before importing. Payroll processing and direct ADP or Paychex connections are not included. Export formats are not certified by ADP or Paychex.
Integration availability: some connections are still in testing or awaiting provider approval. Confirm live availability in Settings or with support before purchasing a provider plan.
Payments: connect your company’s supported payment account such as Stripe ↗. Processing fees are paid directly to the provider.
Phone & SMS: connect your company’s own Twilio ↗ account and existing number. Twilio bills your company directly for numbers, calling, texting and any required registration.
Accounting: connect the company’s own QuickBooks Online ↗ account. QuickBooks subscription charges remain with Intuit. Our connection has been tested in a sandbox; production approval is still pending.
E-signature: connect a supported service such as DocuSign ↗ when production access is available. DocuSign has passed sandbox testing, but its production integration is not yet available.

After the packages are ready and activated, eligible companies receive both free for 60 days. Then choose the optional $19/month bundle for your first 12 paid months; $29/month afterward. We confirm eligibility and your start date before activation.
Packages are in development and are not available to purchase yet. Some tools already exist in the workspace; the roadmap also includes unfinished features. All prices are USD, per company, plus applicable taxes. Saving interest does not start billing, begin a free period or reserve a founders place.
