The Early Access trial includes the Team plan for 30 days: up to 5 field technicians plus up to 10 office, dispatcher, or owner users. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge. After day 30, the workspace enters a 7-day read-only period before access expires. Each company receives one trial.
CenterDispatch is in Early Access. The core workflow is available for real use, while we continue refining usability and connected-service behavior from customer feedback. Report anything confusing or broken using the feedback form on this page.
The technician needs an active profile, matching trade or skills when the job requires them, and a connected Field login. Open Team, verify the email, send or resend the invitation, and have the technician accept it. Then assign the job.
First confirm the job is assigned to that exact technician profile and scheduled for the day being viewed. Then confirm Team shows “Login linked,” not “Invitation pending” or “No login linked.” The technician must sign in with the same email used on the invitation.
Yes. Open the assigned job in Field Mode and use the estimate workflow. The technician can build options from the price book, save the estimate, and send the approval link to a customer with an email address. If email is unavailable, the approval link can be copied and shared.
Successful saves close the form or modal and display a confirmation banner. If delivery or a connected follow-up action fails after the record saves, CenterDispatch keeps the record and shows a specific warning so the office knows what still needs attention.
Yes. Open Customers, select the customer, and choose Book service. Their information is carried into the job form so it does not need to be entered again.
Month-style schedule views show the complete calendar period and highlight today. Day and rolling views intentionally focus on the selected date range. Use Previous, Today, and Next to move through time.
When a customer has a valid email, CenterDispatch can send booking and reminder emails. SMS depends on the company phone/SMS connection and customer phone data. The app reports when a message could not be sent instead of claiming delivery.
Yes. The secure customer approval link lets the customer review options and approve or decline without joining the staff workspace.
Yes. Record cash, check, ACH, card by phone, or another external payment method against the invoice. Do not enter or store full card numbers in CenterDispatch.

No. Solo, Team, and Pro have separate field-technician limits of 1, 5, and 15. Each includes up to 10 office, dispatcher, or owner users.
Yes. It is designed for mobile use. Location sharing requires browser permission, and weak connectivity may delay fresh data. Reopen or refresh after connectivity returns before relying on a recent assignment or status.
Choose “Something is broken,” include the page and exact action you took, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or customer secrets.
Tell us what slowed you down, what you expected to happen, or what would make CenterDispatch more useful. Specific workflow feedback is more valuable than a general rating.
